The "Train the Trainer Series" These programs are a result of many requests for courses intended to teach and enhance training (rather than shooting) skills for law enforcement instructors. They assume that the student has already attended operator level instruction, either with Morrigan Consulting, or another recognized quality shooter training program. These programs have been certified by POST and CDC- EOU in California, in Alaska and Arizona as instructor certification programs. New trainers or those without formalized operator training have taken these courses and done well, but a solid foundation coming into the program is strongly recommended. The focus is on formulating training programs and imparting skills to others. Numerous agencies have instituted their own departmental training programs based on one of these courses. Here is a list of our offerings: |
